Our power washing technicians use only state-of-the-art Honda / Dewalt and Landa equipment for pressure washing. All  cold water cleaning is done with  biodegradable sulutions and soaps. We also use only state of the art water vacuums and meet all city code and City regulations. We  have special products for brick, stone, concrete, roofs, calcium, rust, and lime. Our Landa Heat equipment will remove oil, tar, and gum, grease and graffiti. This equipment is run on diesel and the heat can be adjusted to as high 200 degrees. We have very advance surface cleaners which apply the cleaning evenly for a good smooth cleaning. We have the best  extension equipment made today. This extension equipment enable us to clean at heights up 50 feet with out lifts.

Roof Cleaning:

Our roof cleaning tool is made specially for tile roofs and has a rotating tip. We also have a biodegradable algae remover that can be mixed with our soap. This makes it easy to get your roof looking like new again!

Commercial Surface Cleaning: When cleaning heavily trafficked areas, such as gum tar , grease and oil. Are technicians use a two step process. The first application is done with the surface cleaner. The second application is focused on the gum, tar, grease and oil areas, this is called popping the gum.

Concrete cleaning, concrete sealing and stone enhancing.

Here are some before and after pictures of the cleaning, sealing and stone enhancing. What a difference it makes to bring out the natural color of the natural stone. Stone enhancing will not only protect the stone. Stone enhancing will seal the stone and protect it from spills and stains. All concrete and stone must be inspected, tested and cleaned very thorough before enhancing or sealing.
There are several test that need to be done on stone and concrete for cleaning, sealing and enhancing. There are test to see how absorbent the material is. A water test is can be performed to check the absorbency of the stone or concrete. There are test for different types of cleaning.


 For example if your stone or concrete has efflorescence a test will need to be performed and a special cleaning method is used. It is very important to Know if the the stone is natural stone or made out of synthetic materials.
 Colored concrete over of period of time can suck moister from the ground and this will change the color of the concrete over time and will fade the concrete in different places from light to dark. Although by cleaning and sealing you can still get a good look an additional staining process can be done to give your concrete and new richer look.


 Natural stone and concrete has a tendency to dull and fade over time. Enhancing the stones color or sealing the concrete will not only preserve the stone and concrete but also protects the stone and concrete from spills and stains. Depending on the weather conditions and how much moister and traffic the stone or concrete is getting will help to evaluate maintenance to keep it looking new.
